2. On the Market: 2 Weeks to 3+ Months

Once your home is live on MLS, the timeline can vary significantly depending on one key factor:

3. Reassessment Point: Around 3–4 Weeks

This is one of the most important decision points in the entire process.

4. Accepted Offer to Closing: 45–60 Days

Once you’ve accepted an offer, most transactions in our area close within:

45 to 60 days

This can vary depending on the buyer’s financing and situation, but this is a very typical range.
